WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE WHAT I GET IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Everyone loves different things and that's what we love about our customers. We put a lot of thought in our boxes, searching for the seasons latest trends, and also reviewing each product ensuring it meets the highest standards before it is approved to go into your box. We do not accept returns or exchanges from our subscription or boutique. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us!

WHAT IS LOCAL PICK UP?
At Little Kaktus Co, we love supporting and reaching out to our community. Local pick up is available to customers living in the Lower mainland, BC Canada area.
Pick up location will typically be in Coquitlam or Port Moody BC. We will be hosting pick up party events in the future so stay tuned!

* sometimes we will have other non-canadian products in your box (because the quality and company is just too amazing!) but your Kaktus Box will always be filled with either all or mostly Canadian goods!

Leaving so fast? We're sad to see you go. Before hitting that cancel button we would love you to email us and let us know what we can do to make your experience better and your Kaktus Box worthwhile!

But if you've decided to part ways, we understand and will always love to have you back. After your first box, you can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing period which usually takes place within the first week of January, April, July and October.
